Terms of Service
Payment and interestUpon showing interest in any of the above services you will be placed into a “Backlog”. When you originally show interest we will discuss the price including any additional fees beyond the basic project scope. Once this price is set it will not be altered unless the customer (you) chooses to add more to the scope of the project. I may choose to add more if I wish, but that is completely on me if I choose to do so. If I feel like adding something complicated I will contact you first about possible additional payment. You have every right to refuse these extras.Upon me having an open slot I will contact you, you have 48 hours to respond before I go to the next person in my backlog. Upon confirmation you would like to begin the process i will send you an invoice for the order, i will not begin working on the project until i am paid. I am willing to discuss additional aspects to payment such as installments over the course of the project or paying “Half up front”. I will NOT send the final deliverable to you until the payment is received.Project Termination / ExtensionUpon start of the project you have until the estimated delivery date in order to terminate the project and to be issued a full refund (Minus tax and paypal service fees).If at any point I feel the project will require more time than originally estimated I will contact you immediately and you will have the option to either wait or terminate the project.I will take screenshots of conversations as needed in the case you choose to refund the project after completion. Furthermore all conversations of price, delivery time, and so one will be via text, either via discord or twitter and at times email. If vocal discussion is required a summary of it will be sent afterwards via one of the early mentioned contact methods.CreditPlease credit me wherever the project is used. Credit via my Twitter handle or twitch channel are both acceptable (preferably both).

Sell the project i made for you to others (IE the VRM itself or the video itself, but stuff like horns, tails, or specific, generic transitions i made is fair game)
Sell a likeness of or give away a likeness of your original character in any form
Sell or use any assets with icons or textures that are copyrighted/trademarked by you or another party you represent.Post Project WorkIf any issues are found with the project, if a reasonable concern, I will freely fix more minor issues free of any additional charge up to 6 months of the finished date. After this 6 months is up i cannot guarantee that i will still have the project data on hand. You may request for me to send all files and textures connected to the project (Minus stuff like blender files or unity projects) if that is a concern to you.MiscellaneousI DO NOT create NSFW models or porn rigs. A more revealing model, anthros, and other content that may be considered “Adult” is subject to discussion.You MAY NOT resell or use these projects as a NFT. This is non negotiable. Breaking this agreement will grant me the right to resell or distribute the model as I see fit.All of my prices are designed with a commercial fee taken into account. If you do not plan on using this art commercially in any way discounts can be discussed, but are honestly unlikely.
